Don’t use kiwi.com
I bought a tickets from Bari to Milan
There was some issues with flight, I called them immediately and
They promised to give refund and it will take 3working days
I called them next week they said it takes maximum 3month to get refund and for sure I am eligible for refund maybe there will be difference in amount
It’s almost 5 month and it’s not only no refund now they ignore any kind of respond
