Took money, we were not let to fly, no answer to messages
Bought two tickets to France in early spring. We could not board the plane despite being at gate 2 hours before departure time. Sent 2 emails to Kiwi, not a single answer, now waited 4 months for it. This seems to be one of the genuine scam companies if one reads reviews elsewhere.
