Remarkably poor service. Hard to navigate website. Complete inaction with cancelled flights (they didn't even notify us).
Struggling to get a refund that was already promised by the airline itself.
I've been waiting on hold for over two and a half hours to get my flight information so that I can contact our airline directly, but their system hung up on me. Guess I'm calling again, because I'd prefer not to have 800 dollars evaporate into the pockets of this insane company.
