They scam their customers. I wanted to change dates for a cancelled flight due to COVID-19 GLOBAL situation. They refund only $10 on a $500 ticket. If you want to change dates or re book the flight, you will be charged for the full amount on the new reservation and have a “discount” of $10. A sad joke. It is incredible how they are taking an advantage on their own customers during this terrible situation. I want my money back!
