Kiwi.com happily sold me a ticket , allowed me to print a boarding pass (10 hours before the flight) only to find my flight cancelled when I arrived at the airport. Never once did they contact me to let me know it was cancelled nor did offer other services as advertised. They attempt to force you to agree to very unacceptable terms even before applying a refund. Just round and round with excuses. I hear customers are offered 10-20 Euro on tickets valued 250 EU and up. I have received no refund as yet. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
