Took my money for doing nothing
My flight was delayed. I spent an hour trying to find some way to reschedule my car rental booking. There is literally no way to contact Klook to cancel/reschedule. Help/Support was a front and not real.
Even though, I couldn't cancel/change the booking and didn't use the voucher, they refused to offer a voucher for future use or refund. So they just kept my money for doing nothing!
Just like their site is designed to make it impossible to manage a booking, their support will deliberately impede you by asking for irrelevant information or information you have already given in hopes that you will just give up.
Absolutely horrible experience. Do not use.
