I accidentally booked the wrong hotel, and before I even had a chance to review the details or correct it, the booking was instantly confirmed. There’s no window to cancel or request a refund, which is absurd and clearly a strategy to trap users. Mistakes happen—it's human nature—but Klook offers no flexibility or consideration. They are exploiting people's hard-earned money with this predatory system. It's unethical and unfair. I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this platform unless you want to risk losing your money over a minor error. Shame on you, Klook.
