I want to express my disappointment with Klook. We signed up in September, and after four months, no account manager was assigned to us. Instead, we received only robotic responses stating that someone would get back to us, but unfortunately, we never received any follow-up.
Based on our experience, I strongly advise any provider on the Marketplace to avoid signing up with Klook, as it has been a complete waste of time.
