I listed an activity on Klook and got a few bookings, but even after three months, I haven’t been paid. I added my bank account, but every time I submit it, I get an email a few days later saying the beneficiary name doesn’t match—which makes no sense because I get paid by other companies without any issue. I’ve sent at least ten emails over the past three months and haven’t received a single response. There’s no customer service number or chat support. Extremely disappointed, and I’ll be sharing my experience everywhere!
