This was my first experience with this company and I will never do it again or recommend it to others. On 27.02 I booked a cable car, lunch and the kissing bridge (Phu Quoc, Vietnam). There was no checkout page before payment, payment was required immediately. After that I received a voucher for 27.02, although I booked for 28.02. A few minutes later I contacted customer service to change the date, and the error was not my fault.
They said it was impossible and the money would not be returned - THIS IS THE COMPANY POLICY.
Bravo, I was absolutely delighted by the mass of apologies!
This is not how to work, it is outrageous and shameful!!! Money for an unrealized service is a direct violation of the laws of any civilized country!
