We bought a 2 day pass for my family of 4 (Amazing Osaka pass) but it didn’t work for 48 hours. When I complained they told me it says in the regulations that a 2 day pass is not 48h ??? Although I sent proof of my activation date and hour of the pass, they refused to refund the attraction we had to pay separately (4 entrance fees) and a taxi back to the hotel as the subway transportation (included in the card) didn’t work either.
