Ein Shot hält mich besser wach als ein Kaffee. Ein tägliches "Muss". Ich bevorzuge "Kurkuma", da es etwas milder ist und ich mit einem Shot die Wirkstoffe beider Pflanzen habe. Bei Nachmittags-Müdigkeit trinke ich noch eine andere Sorte.
