I made a special trip to Kmart at Lismore Square this morning at 10am ,as I wanted to buy a backrest for my bed .I couldn't find any on the floor so I went to the service desk and the young girl looked it up and said we have them in stock room so she went to get me one .She came back 5mins later and said they were up to high for her to reach ,so I asked iff she could get someone else to get it for me and she said no the manager isn't here so we can't get it for you .I wasn't very impressed with the service I received as I had made a special trip to buy it .Very disappointed iff they were in stock why not have them on the floor to sell .😤😤😤 not happy Kmart .
