Hi there, just wanted to say how much I liked the speedy service I got using this wonderful store. I ordered the Chiaogoo bamboo dpns and then realised I wanted the stainless steel ones. I emailed the shop and was immediately answered that as long as I don't open them, I could send them back, but to order the other ones straight away as they were limited. But when the bamboo ones arrived, I couldn't resist opening them and started using them. I loved them, you really feel the quality in them and then the stainless steel ones came and I love them too. I never really thought about quality of needles having grown up using the old steel or plastic ones. But the difference is enormous.They are the best, get yourself some.
