Ordered some pencils for my Granddaughter, one colour was out of stock so they forwarded the others and placed the missing ones on back order. I received the balance of my order as soon as they restocked. As I live in Scotland and the pencils are made in America I was very impressed with the level of service and wouldn't hesitate to deal with them again. Big thank you to Margaret.
