Knix is by far my favourite brand of undergarments. Fit and feel is a little different than your average product on the market, however, their return policy and customer service makes it easy to find the right fit. When in doubt they offer virtual fittings. Special care definitely has to be taken when washing and drying if you want them to last. If you’re the type to just toss everything in the washer dryer, these definitely aren’t for you. If you follow their care instructions they will last. Some underwear of mine are 5-6 years old and look the same as they did the day I got them. I have bras purchased before I had my child 34 C (3) and had to move up to a 38G (7+) while nursing. Other than the Cataclyst sport bra, I would say they offer low-medium support depending on the style. I wouldn’t do any higher impact activities in the ones I own other than in the Cataclyst. Overall, I really like Knix as a whole.
