“Absolutely HORRIBLE. I purchased a slip and a scoop neck tank.. It crushed my breasts and was sort of ok in the middle but insufficient. The biggest hangup was that the bottom of the slip rose up to my hip level and formed a bulge noticeable under my lovely dress. Had to remove the dang thing at the event.
Embarrassing and huge waste of $$$. The scoop neck tank was also a disappointment.”
“Poor communication of return policy in store. I was a first time buyer, in store, during a Black Friday sale. I was told I could return my nighties until January 31, as long as they were unworn with tags still on. One week later I returned them only to he told that it would be a store credit only. Had. I known this was the policy, I would not have purchased them. When I was told I could return them, I assumed I would get my money back. Nothing is listed in the store. They use paperless billing, so did not have anything to reference. Beware of purchasing anything on sale! Now Knix has my money. I found this very deceptive on sales person’s part. I should have been told up front. Not a fan of deceptive sales practices and will only go back to Knix to use my credit, one day…”
“I placed an order with Knix to get something for my daughter. After reaching out to her I found they did not have her size and wanted to cancel all within a 30 minute time span.
The issue I have is they have no live customer service for online orders at all!!!
You get told a live agent will email you. So far nothing. There is absolutely no way to cancel or even fix a problem of you have one through this company.
There is no way I would recommend this company. This fails in customer service and the integrity to try and make things right.
No one wants to deal strictly with an AI bot that may or may not get them the message.”

“First of all, when I ordered , return policy said that I can return if unworn and packed up, but apparently for underwear it is not. So I returned for store credit, lost money on "processing fees" and other fees, ordered a top, and returned that for money back losing $25 on all the fees and non refundable shipping. Don't be filled by free returns policy, you will be paying.”

“Not a comfortable bra. Too tight despite careful measurements, but I hung in there nonetheless as they say the bra molds to your shape. The tshirt style I ordered has seams at the shoulder, quite uncomfortable, cutting into the flesh. Mostly it just acts like a shelf bra, forcing my breasts in to an uncomfortable lump in the middle, with sweaty cleavage. Now after having been washed (the bra) my breasts are rolling out the top of the bra when I bend down. From tight to no containment. Not happy. Double unhappy, as I ordered two online for the free shipping.”
“Firstly, they don't come nearly close enough to call themselves 'protection'. I use a cup during my period and still have bleed through....
Secondly, the seamless appeal is quickly dissolved like the glue they use to hold together seams! Every single pair of underwear I've purchased has dissolved seams leaving them absolutely useless unless you like wearing the waistband up under your boobs, and the rest falling below your belly...
Would never waste my money on them again!!!!

“If I could give a 0 star I would. We order over $5,000 in product from them using our HSA. Hidden fee was a 1200 dollar bill from Fedex for shipping fees!! Website had zero disclaimer but at the end when you go to pay and click free shipping, It states "may have fees for orders over 700. We are trying to fight and the company is taking zero ownership. Product was also terrible, didn't fit as stated and over all poor quality. I would not recommend this company to anyone! And, we have reported the company as well as disputed the charges from Fedex. If we had $5,000 cash to just laying around, it wouldn't have been spent at this store. We ordered here because it notes it was for woman, health, and periods etc.”
“Purchased regular Knix panties--not bikini type. Loved that the leakproof pad traveled up to waist in back in the Knix panty. Did not like fit though--left too much cheek hanging out! Bought a pair of panties from Kohls with the leakproof panel in the crotch area only which fit perfectly and was much cheaper.
Now I am worried about washing my Knix panties after reading the reviews--should have read them first. I've have a similar pair of panties I purchased from Kohl's last year that just has the immediate crotch lined--not up the back of the panty. It has been machine washed many, many times and still is in great shape and fit. Won't be ordering any more KNIX”
“I had a virtual appointment. We left for vacation with 3 new bras. After a couple of weeks I started slipping under my bra. Although warranty was past when we returned I thought the company should know. I have send DOZENS of emails and received NO responses. I am a long-time customer of underware with all good service, but ZERO response about these three bras. Be careful buying from these people! Something has changed!!!”
“The product is great UNTIL you wash them - the original products washed well but the manufacturing changed and the recent purchases fell apart within the 3rd wash - I NEVER use dryer but have at times had them in a wash with warm water - I have spend more than $1400 over the past few years on underwear and the customer service for recent purchases was a TOTAL waste of my time. Would ask people if they could recommend a similar product that does not fall apart at the crotch.”
