“I made the mistake of ordering too many without trying them first. The model must have very big legs and butt because mine just gap open. The legs do not fit at all. If I do have an accident, it just runs down the very open legs.
I agree with the person who said for now own, she will buy cotton. Please try one pair before you make a mistake and spend so much money. I just learned a bit lesson.”

Panties are flimsy for the price. Bra doesn’t have much side support. I am only a C cup. Can’t imagine if you are larger how little support there would be.”

When I contacted customer service and they offered me 15% off my next purchase with no other effort to remediate. It seems clear that this is a regular problem they encounter with their product. “Really expensive, poor quality products. Every item I bought came apart within a year. It's essentially sheets of cloth glued together. Bras are poorly shaped and my boobs always fall out of them from the bottom. My boyfriend says they look like grandma bras.”

“Do not fall for this!! Sizing based on the website is misleading. I am 38DD. Based on the website I was instructed to order size 7. This did not come close to fitting. Then I was advised I ordered from "the vault", so no exchange or refund was applicable. I spent $80 on something I can never wear.”
“The newest underwear I bought from Knix has a tan coloured liner, previous orders have had black liners. The new underwear DOES NOT prevent leaks, it immediately soaks through liner and outer layer, no matter how small the leak. What a waste of my hard earned money.”
