“I read all the negative reviews regarding knix products. I do agree the crotch area could be a bit wider, but I have several pair and have used them for nearly a year. I have found them to fit well. I would like to know if the leakproof quality can be rejuvenated once it is gone. Yes they are costly, but I have found they keep me from having to change my outer wet clothing several times a day. I use knix for my lack of bladder control.”

The customer service is incredible, online they responded within a couple of hours with a very friendly and helpful email, and they followed up as well with good advice. Typically when I drink several alcoholic beverages I have trouble holding my urine until I get all the way to the toilet. Sometimes I have a few drops leak out when almost there. This happened as usual and the undies worked great. They seemed slightly damp when I first pulled them back up but that sensation passed quickly. No odor or issue after that. Delivery has always been quick and straight forward. I've never had to return anything, but I did receive a defective bra that was supposed to be "final sale" however they were amazing and refunded me for the product. No issues. The dream shorts are my absolute fave with the full coverage high rise for sleeping securely a close second. The return/exchange program is incredibly generous and unexpected from a company, just makes you want to support them. Delivery is always reasonably quick and though the price will unfortunately make it prohibitive for some, it is nice that they have a section for sale items.
