I ordered about $250 worth of items from Knix before Thanksgiving. I had not ordered from them in years because their old stuff was great and lasted a long time for me.
The new stuff has sizing ALL OVER THE PLACE. I normally accept this as part of doing business but Knix would not allow a return. What? What company on this planet doesn't accept a return when their own sizing doesn't match up to their website? Apparently Knix. I didn't even try on more than two items, and I definitely did not wash or alter anything in any way.
For reference, I am a size 12/14.
These jerks were so incredibly rude to me when I went through the process of trying to return their stuff. Fat shaming, even. It was the worst experience I have ever had with a company.

“I ordered three pair of leak proof underwear. Then I went out online and looked at the reviews which were very bad. I sent an email to customer service and requested a refund. They were very obliging and once my order was received I processed the refund. I will not do business with knix again but their customer service was very helpful thank you”
“Bra was way too tight in the beginning then it finally relaxed.. Fit great. Washed and dried according to instructions, after about 3 months the elastic on the bottom would not hold my breasts in the bra. Would not recommend .”

“Their sizing is just so bizarre. How can a bra that supposedly fits three or more sizes have no stretch? When I buy bras from literally any other brand in my size 9 times out of 10 they fit. Maybe some fit better than others, but they fit. I ordered what is supposedly my size and a size up in two different styles each and both were laughably small. I couldn’t even close the band and the cups were so small I wondered how the next cup size up, which this bra also supposedly accommodates, would even have a chance of getting into it. I think I’d have to order about three sizes bigger than their recommendation and that’s just ridiculous. There shouldn’t be this much guesswork. Stick to normal cup and band sizing”

“I have been wearing Knix bras for 7 years. The sizing has become inconsistent. I always order Medium bu the last bras I ordered were significantly smaller. The should straps are 2 inches shorter. I cannot wear them. The customer service rep I am dealing with keeps telling me to "wash and stretch them". I have asked to speak to a supervisor but that hasn't happened. It's too bad because I have always like these bras but I'm very disappointed.”
“The sizes are not consistent. The V-neck padded bra fit around, but cup size was way to small. The same size in the wing woman contour bra was too small around and the cup size was correct. I ordered the exact same size for each bra. I ordered them from the vault sale, so I could not return them.”
