“The sizes are not consistent. The V-neck padded bra fit around, but cup size was way to small. The same size in the wing woman contour bra was too small around and the cup size was correct. I ordered the exact same size for each bra. I ordered them from the vault sale, so I could not return them.”
“Ordered 2 bras during this big sale. They did not fit properly, big gaps along the sides of the cups. Tried to start a return, but it was refused. They did not make it clear that I could not return them on the sale page or I would not have made this commitment. Just a sneaky way to get $$$ and not stand behind the product.”
“I ordered 4 pairs of underwear in different styles. 2 cut off my circulation and I wanted to exchange them. However, they can only be exchanged for the same style. I've written multiple times and have yet to hear back. I like the bras but they can't be worn with a V-neck shirt as they are too high in the front.
So angry about paying all that money and stuck with underwear I cant wear.”
“While I love the panties I purchased, I needed to make an exchange for a smaller size and the return label did not load even though I tried several times. I immediately sent an email as directed, then another the next day, and now a third six days later. I get a "your email is very important to us" auto response but no actual response. I opted for instant exchange where they would immediately send the new items and it would only be charged to my credit card if I didn't make the return by a specific date. However, I cannot make that return without a label. I have tried a chat, but it is only a bot, so no help there either. I cannot find a phone number. So while the product is good, the customer service is very poor.”
“Although the period underwear do work they had flaws in the stitching, but we also bought a swimsuit. The swimsuit had pieces of something between the layers that made you look like you had growths. Knix customer service offered a partial credit towards purchasing another item. We now have a swimsuit we won’t wear because people literally stare because of the bumps between the layers. The items we purchased had several flaws and their customer service people offer no exchange, only that they will give a partial credit towards another product. If you purchase something flawed, used your partial credit towards another item that is also flawed, why would anyone purchase yet another flawed product?! We have moved to a different company that actually backs their product with exchanges if flawed.”
“In the last few months I purchased 6 new undergear & 3 out of the 6 are coming apart at the crouch. I only wash them in cold water in the delicate cycle & dry on air only. So I take good care of these items. These underwear you are currently manufacturing are defective. I'm very disappointed to have spent so much money for sub-par goods.”
“I purchased the Knix Wonder Wings bra and it's still too small after months of wear. The sales person in the store sized me and said x size would work and would stretch out to my body. I still have to use a back strap extender months later, and it's so darn uncomfortable. It's too tight, rolls up on the sides, gapes at the front, and doesn't provide much support. Not worth the money.”
“I ordered a skort in the same size as the high rise shorts. The high rise shorts fit perfectly but the skort was way too big. I would have thought the sizes were consistent. I reached out to Knix and received a too bad so sad response - final sale. Guess that is what happens when you don't have a store in your area. Very disappointed with their response and customer service.”
“The entire production is a lot of advertising and bad product. Thank God I only bought 1 bra on sale $38 - bad/weird fit -no nip shield at all and the website for return or chat is a zero ....should be minus 0.....would not, will not ever purchase anything from this company again--if I understand right it might be returnable for exchange but even that is jumbled as in aa simple straight forward answer ORDER # 2509080-INT”
“So here is my crazy story. I bought over $1000 of the Knix products. Why, well it looked like a great idea, and the colors and design were just so irresistible, I bought the store. Big mistake on my part because I hate most of the products. I force myself to wear them, knowing how much money I spent, and curse everytime I wear them. I have 4 bras out of all my purchases that I actually like. All the underwear boy shorts, thongs, bikini are absolutely awful. The crotch is to narrow, and as a nurse I am walking alot, the back constantly rides up my butt, so I keep picking at them trying to put them back in place. Not an ideal look in the hospital.
I reached out a year later, I know a bit late, but life hasn't been kind to me over the last year. Obviously they won't exchange or refund, but they offered me absolutely nothing except were sorry. I will donate them, hopefully someone will be happy with them. This seems to be a popular company, but I can't possibly be the only one dissatisfied. Please beware, and use there policy of 30 days if you are unhappy like myself. I gave 2 stars because of the few items that work otherwise I would give a 1 star. Sorry Knix, but I thought you should know. Also stylist was inaccurate with sizing, my bad for not reaching out sooner. I won't add pictures of my underwear up my bum or the bras that squish my boobs, sorry, I have some pride, lol 🤣”
“I've been purchasing Knix for a while now.i truly love them But 90% of them, after a few washes, come apart. They are not sewn. They are glued, and the sides of the panties get unglued. I have about 12 of them like that now. It started with 3 pieces and now all of them are coming unfounded unglued. They are not cheap, but they will not last long. I’ve purchased underwear from Target at $5 each, and they lasted me longer than the $38 a piece. If they were to sew in the underwear, I would continue buying them because I love them, but I can’t purchase disposable underwear for almost $40 a piece. It’s just not good. It's as if I'm throwing money away. I never ordered a bra and I am now afraid of having the same problem. A very cheap way of making them but not a durable one.”
“I ordered two 3 pack of the lace underwear for $81.00. But then was charged per piece at I believe $32.80 each. I don’t be ordering anything further or recommending Knix to anyone which I have dine in the past and never even got the referral credit.”
“100% on the underwear - they're excellent - fit well, wear well, wash well.
I'm 50/50 on the Knix bras.
The wing woman stretches out so much, that it's too big on it's tightest clip after 6 months.
The Revolution pills on the side that touches skin - for the price and how quickly this happens (5 months) I am left underwhelmed. I wrote customer service about it and they offered me a 10% discount and advised on proper laundering - I found this quite offensive after I advised in my original email exactly how I launder my Knix wear (washing on their own, in the bags provided + lay flat to dry.) Knix reply: "To remove this we’d recommend using a device such as a pill shaver! For future prevention I'd also recommend washing your bras with like fabrics.". It's a problem with the material - not my technique Knix!
For this alone, I am out searching again for a comfortable bra. I don't mind paying for comfort - but that price should also include a bra that last more than 6 months, one that I feel good in - having a bally, shotty looking bra is not conducive to feeling good in your underwear.”
“My last order - I ordered 2 of the 3 pack underwears. The price was $81 for the 3 pack yet I was charged for individual prices. It worked out to be much more as per piece price. I contacted Knix by email and was told that once they were shipped they would address my concerns. Never followed through ….”
“Knix sizing is about 1.5 sizes larger than normal ie if you wear a medium size underwear a small would probably work with Knix. In addition the carbon filter that is supposed to reduce odour really doesnt work that well. A neutral odor incontinence pad like poise works much better.”
“I was very happy the first time I bought a knix bra. So after 2 years I decide to order another one. The quality doesn't match the first one. After 2 wash, the fabric split and the size is smaller.”
“While the material is soft and comfortable, the bra itself offers little support for large breasts. The shoulder straps are narrow and cut into the skin (unlike other manufacturers who offer broad straps). Moreover the shape the bra presents made me look like an Ursula in the Disney film Ariel. The "modern" shape the bra proports to provide is less than ideal. The cost of the bra is not unreasonable, if it did, in fact, offer more than a smooth fabric. So, not worth the cost, nor the hype.”
