Bra did not fit properly. They replaced it with a different size. New bra fits but the connectors on the straps are cheaply made and feel like they can let go at any moment. While I think their "donate it" idea is great, it really doesn't matter because they got your $$, won't refund anything (only credit and/or exchange), & the product is sub-par. Don't waste your time or $$.
