This company used to be wonderful with their customer service. Now you can't get anyone by phone and their chat is obviously AI assisted (at best) with no real help whatsoever. I wasted my last $100+ order and will never use this company again. It is disappointing that a company that once was amazing when it comes to helping their customers, now has the worse customer service I have experienced.
