The underwear are actually comfortable, but the absorbancy part is too short in the front to prevent leaks. I bought the middle range absorbancy (supposed to hold as much liquid as two tampons). I wore these with a tampon, these were just a back-up, since I usually pair tampons and pads together. These leaked within 4 hours of having them on. They were so expensive and I was so excited about them. What a waste.
