I bought the Leakproof High Rise underwear. Within 20 minutes of wearing them, they leaked through to my jeans. My flow is not that heavy -- it's a design flaw. The crotch of the underwear does not extend far enough forward, so the liquid moves forward when I'm sitting and leaks through to my clothes.
Basically, unless you stand 100% of the time, these underwear DO NOT prevent leakage.
They are very comfortable, so I am sad to report this, but unless there is a design change, I won't be buying these again.
