I cannot get over the incredible customer service I received through Knix! Kailee had been a tremendous help all throughout my exchange process. She helped me find the right size and updated their return policy so I could exchange my final sale items (the underwear I had originally bought simply did not fit). Then when I got to the end of the return prompts and put in my order for exchange, there was no address to to send back my products. Instead there was a message that simply read, “You don’t need to ship these items. We encourage you to donate your lightly used product or give it to a person in need.” This is AFTER I had confirmed that the products I was returning were still in the original package and had never been worn. This is EXCEPTIONAL customer service and an incredibly smart business move; I will always get my leakproof underwear from Knix!
