I placed an order last night. After my card went through it showed my old address as the mailing address. I have NEVER ordered from KNIX in my life and wonder why they do not give you a chance to put your address in. I’ve been gone from that address for a year!! It’s many states away! I tried to call and all they allow you to do is leave a message. I’m so aggravated that I will never order from Knix again. I don’t care how nice their products might be!! Customer service is most important to all customers and theirs’ stinks!!! I’m expecting a full refund immediately. I do not want to deal with any business like this!!! I will review on Better Business Bureau if this is not taken care of immediately!!
