Was recently disappointed in the service I received. I ordered 2 items for my daughter who had been sized at the Knix store as a small, and the size chart is the same for all items, but these items did not have stretch or give to the waist. The size chart says 27" but actually measures 25". These were sale items so were not able to be exchanged but when ordering online you depend on the size chart being accurate. When I shared this with a Knix representative, I did not even recieve a response.
