UNETHICAL BUSINESS PRACTICES and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE - do not buy anything on Final Sale because they'll send you an unwearable product and not take accountability for it. Wrinkled cups are a known problem. They put those models on Final Sale to get rid of bad stock, made their money from the sales and unethically won't deliver on helping you out for a BRAND NEW UNWEARABLE item. Passive aggressive customer service so they need a lot of training to know how to talk to people. I was a long time customer, but now I'm done with them. It's really sad and unbelievable how awful they are now.
