It's so hard to find legitimate reviews because it seems like everyone is obsessed with these. And I was too, the first two months I wore them! However, after just a couple of cycles, they started immediately leaking within hours of wearing them. I have a light flow and am on birth control. I only use pads, so was looking for an environmentally friendly alternative. When I contacted customer service they told me to use a menstrual cup or tampon (which I don't use) and these are for "back up" with heavy flow (which I don't have) and there was nothing they could do since it was outside of the 30 day return policy. I followed the care instructions, but the quality degraded so quickly. Customer service claimed "they never get this complaint" and she didn't have any idea why that would be the case with proper care. I'm now out $100 and the landfill is going to have more stuff in it instead of less. Very disappointed.
