Placed an order, after about a week I get an email saying the products were oversold and my order was being cancelled. Despite never shipping I was charged for the order and then had to follow up about a refund and was told it could take up to two weeks. I wish I'd never placed an order here. The experience was strange and unprofessional. I wish I'd read reviews before ordering because it seems like there are a lot of issues here.
