VERY DISSAPOINTING EXPERIENCE. After all the online measuring with their representative, the fitting was incorrect. When I tried to order I was told that there was a sale going on and the merchandise would NOT be returnable, so I waited additional days to order. I frequently order clothing online, and their product took longer than most for delivery. Other companies provide a much easier method for return including labels. Not going to a website to initiate the return. I don't usually comment on my customer experience, but this was disappointing on so many levels, that someone at Knix should be made aware of it.
