The customer service is fine but the bras and underwear are truly overrated. The underwear does not ever stay put. The crotch of the thongs is too thin and they are too long, causing bunching in the back. They slide up over your hips constantly, so you're annoyed all day. The bras also slide up over your boobs, what fun! Have to be worn cross back or they have weird gaps. Overall, they're really poorly crafted, and overpriced.
