I have been a loyal Knix customer for over 5 years and wear exclusively Knix undergarments. I have recommended them and bought numerous gifts to introduce others. However I am still so disappointed that Knix didn't think their customer base in Vancouver were important or large enough to advertise the warehouse sale properly; and customer service really didn't seem to care at all. 😔
