Truly excellent customer service and great quality products! I am a devoted Knix fan and enjoy an array of Knix products daily as part of my wardrobe. I like the underwear- maybe what Knix is best known for - but my favourite Knix pieces are actually all the Knix clothing I own. I have occasionally had issues with fit or small quality issues. Knix has always immediately made things right - even when I had exceeded return/exchange timelines. Customer service reps are always polite and positive. A great company all round!
