It wasn't a bad experience. I ordered a skort, on sale, and a v-neck modal top, on sale, assuming I was XL, which I am for the bras and bathing suits I've bought, which fit perfectly. Both a bit too big. It was easy to email Knix to ask for a smaller size for the skort, which I got & was perfect, and let the price for the top remain in my account for another purchase. Was asked to donate both items rather than return. Pleasantly surprised and the items I kept to donate will make other people happy.
