Use the super absorbency leakproof high rise. Way past the days of periods, but age has brought ‘other’ leaks! Keeps everything contained during a run, which is important to me, and makes things much more comfortable, physically and emotionally. Compared to the 6 pack of cotton, they seem expensive, but the savings on pads (and the environment) very quickly exceeds and initial costs. And they are comfortable, too!
