1. Customer service is FANTASTIC, everything was promptly dealt with. 2. Love the multi-unit pricing! A friend shared with me, then I ordered and shared with another friend, it makes it so easy to do so. 3. In a review I posted after receipt of a product, I received an acknowledgment email which was awesome. I highly recommend Knix, for convenience (no more changing pads often), price (disposable products are SO expensive), as well as the environment. I don't have to fill up the landfill anymore! Plus, they're a Canadian company. I also love how they use "real" people in their advertising!
