I attempted to use their online help to order the current bra I have and love! Their customer service does not exist! It took well over a week to get resolved after I sent photos etc and every time I emailed them I received an evaluation of service email!! I suggested they send me a free bra for all the hassle but no way.
Can’t believe how they stay in business when a current customer wants to purchase more pieces but they don’t respond! Unbelievable really!
