Bought 2 bras for my daughter. Two months later the straps keeps falling down. Unable to tighten one of the bras and the other one gets tightened but a few hours later it is loosen and straps have fallen.
Reached out to KNIXS and because they were from their summer line, non returnable or exchangeable. PERIOD.
Shame they do not stand behind their products.
Money down the drain!
