I wish I was a smarter shopper and read reviews before I purchased as I am experiencing the same type of things. Order said it was delivered and wasn’t. Trying to use the chat for help, they took soooooo long to get to me and still nothing resolved. I sent another message now they’re too busy to get back to me. I will resort to fining a credit card claim for a refund and never use them again. 😡
