Upon receiving my order I immediately contacted Knix asking to exchange Luxe Lift Pullover Bras for larger size. The chat lady insisted I wash, stretch and dry at least 3 times and if still unhappy to contact for exchange. I did as instructed. Logically this did absolutely nothing to make them fit. When I contacted the company again I am being told, I cannot get a refund or even exchange! Started another chat with the company and they are not responding. I went exactly by the sizing chart, and it is nowhere near, correct. I thought this was a reputable company that could be trusted. Almost $200.00 later it looks like I was totally wrong. I would definitely never recommend anyone due business with Knix!
