The biggest draw was that they have virtual fittings to help you get the perfect fit. Tried to book a fitting, instead got an e-mail that because they have a higher than normal volume of bookings they sent me instructions w/a diagram of how to measure myself. I did that same measuring before I ordered the bra. I followed all their instructions about wearing it a lot, so it would learn to conform to my shape. Washing it several times but to no avail. Can only exchange it because I bought it on sale. Sent them a detailed description of how it was fitting me and no response. Will try on my own to make this expensive bra fix me better. Don't advertise a service that you can't provide. You get 1 star because the material is nice. Sorry I didn't read these reviews before I wasted my money.
