Their products & return policy was so
wonderful in the beginning. However
always pricey but was worth it truly.
Now the product literally falls apart
after a few washing ( underwear ).
Prices and shipping fee exuberant.
Initially they were amazing in regards
to their return policy. Now it's like an
inquisition. I do love their bra though.
Please Knix customer over all profit.
