I went into the store on Richmond rd ottawa and waited a while before being brought into the fitting room. Clerk fitted and went to get bras. I waited 15 minutes and she then came knocking to see how I was doing? When I told her she hadn’t brought me any bras to try on she apologized that she got busy and forgot about me. I wanted her to check the fit and she got busy with another customer. I waited 8 minutes and she said she would be back shortly. Needless to say I had had enough and left the store.
