I never received my order. Delivery says it was left in my mailbox. Knix told me to contact delivery which I did. They said it was delivered, but it was not delivered to the correct address. This is my first experience with them and it hasn’t been a great one. I would like a refund. I shouldn’t have to pay for products I did not receive. There are better stores to purchase from.
