They are certainly not a customer friendly company. I just wanted to exchange for 1 size smaller for 5 pairs of underwear and I worked on line for more than 3 hours and got NOWHERE AT ALL. Think twice before you purchase from them. Next day nowhere still just NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM AGAIN! No phone number to call customer service! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!👎👎
