I am happy to say that after a few 'size' tries that I am one happy lady. Initially I ordered the wrong size, talked to one C.S. gal who recommended a different size, they sent a new bra, no charge and unfortunately it was too small in the band - after another chat with a different C.S. gal I finally received the right size bra and I love it - have ordered 2 more! I have never experienced such great service, such patience when dealing with an on-line product. My only comment would be make the sizing more accessible on your website, it is confusing and difficult to access. But now life goes on, wired bras are no more in my wardrobe and onwards - and yup I brag to all my friends about the bras :)
