I thought that Knix's return/exchange policy was already generous with its encouragement to wear a new bra as much as I liked for 30 days in order to be sure of the fit. But when I realized today at the end of the exchange process that they didn't even want the bra back, I was so surprised. The second that I opened my Knix package a few weeks ago, I knew that the Size 3 would not fit -- I had intended to order a 6 to compare with the 5 (Beryl, wear your glasses!). So I really did wear it for only a moment; I wasn't even able to clasp it. And I will indeed pay it forward to someone who will be able to benefit from a brand-new bra for a long time.
