I have recently ordered 2 bras to wear after breast cancer surgery. It took a while to receive them, but they have been very supportive for daytime and nighttime wear. I ordered a third one on Sept. 28, and got in touch with the company today (Oct. 11) to say that I had not received the order. Customer service via chat took 4 minutes to determine that my order was dropped due to a warehouse problem. What does that mean? I explained how disappointed I am, but still send and I would appreciate expediting the order. After 2 minutes the rep had not replied so I had to end the chat. So, I don't know when I'll ever get this order. So irritated! I don't plan to order again from Knix.
